Heather Smedra

Board Member

Heather currently serves as a Vice President and Compliance Manager at a local community bank, with over 20 years of experience in banking compliance. Before joining the bank, she spent more than a decade at a banking regulatory agency, where she served as a technical expert on consumer protection issues.

Heather’s community involvement includes volunteering at her church and past board service with the Adams Elementary School PTO, where she held various leadership positions, including vice president, secretary, and treasurer.

Heather holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
