Dustin Oltman, a longtime Lincoln resident and father of five, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service. His professional journey includes founding DKO Perspectives, LLC, where he helps nonprofits, businesses, and individuals think, plan, and execute on purpose.

As a recipient of the Melvin W. Jones Mentoring award and an alumnus of Leadership Lincoln, he brings a unique blend of local knowledge, leadership experience, and personal investment to his prior roles on the ACCC Board of Directors and in the CCDA Leadership Cohort.
