Caden Pearson, CSW

Caden is a Certified Social Worker with over seven years of experience in the Lincoln nonprofit sector. His past work has focused on community development, homelessness prevention, and supportive housing.

Caden currently works at the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development as a Workforce Development Coordinator, where he leads the Lincoln Manufacturing Council and other job training initiatives.

He also serves as the secretary of the Lincoln Homeless Coalition and on the planning committee of EmployLNK. Caden received his Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
